Slay Girlie Brand Ambassador / Affiliate Program

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Slay Girlie Affiliate Program, also referred to as the Slay Girlie Brand Ambassador Program. By signing up, promoting our products or services, or sharing your referral code, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible to join the Slay Girlie Affiliate Program, you must:

Be 18 years of age or older
Have an active, public social media presence or personal brand aligned with our values
Not be a current employee or contractor of Slay Girlie Management
Reside in a country we are currently able to support with payment processing
Submit a completed application and be approved by Slay Girlie Management

We reserve the right to accept or reject any applicant at our sole discretion.

2. Referral Links & Codes

If your application is approved, you will receive a unique referral code or link. This must be used by your audience in order for sales to be tracked to your account.

Only one code may be used per customer transaction. Self-referrals are not permitted and will be disqualified from commission eligibility.

3. Commission & Earnings

Affiliates will receive:

10% commission on all successful sales of products or services using their referral code
Commission is calculated on the subtotal (before discounts, taxes, or fees)
Commissions are not paid on refunded or cancelled orders

Example:

If your code is used by 10 people to purchase the Deluxe Programme at £135/month, your monthly earnings would be £13.50 x 10 = £135/month (as long as they remain subscribed).

4. Payment Terms

Commission payments are made monthly, by the 15th of each month, for sales completed in the previous month
A minimum payout threshold of £10 applies
Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer (depending on your location)
You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider and for reporting your earnings for tax purposes

We reserve the right to delay or withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud, dispute, or policy violation.

5. Brand Representation

As a Slay Girlie affiliate, you agree to:

Represent the brand in a positive, respectful, and accurate way
Avoid misleading claims or implying employment or formal agency representation
Make clear in posts that your code is part of a commission-based partnership (e.g., using #ad or #affiliate) in compliance with ASA, FTC, or local advertising standards
Only use approved brand assets or promotional materials provided by us

You may not:

Share your code on coupon websites, discount forums, or in spammy/irrelevant contexts
Pretend to be an official representative or customer service channel
Use paid ads to compete with our brand or use our trademarks in search ads or domains

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate status at any time, with or without notice, if:

You breach these terms
You engage in fraudulent or unethical conduct
Your content misaligns with our brand image
You attempt to exploit the system or refer yourself

In the event of termination, unpaid commissions may be withheld at our discretion.

7. No Guarantees

Participation in this program does not guarantee income, exposure, or partnership. Results depend on your effort, audience engagement, and other factors outside our control.

Slay Girlie Management is a sole trader entity and is not a modelling agency, does not offer job placement or representation, and does not act as an agent for any party.

8. Legal & Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By participating in this program, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts in the event of a dispute.

You acknowledge that you are participating as an independent promoter, not an employee or contractor of Slay Girlie Management.

You are responsible for complying with any legal, tax, or advertising obligations in your country of residence.

9. Updates

These terms may be updated at any time. Affiliates will be notified by email and/or via our website. Continued participation after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
